About Us

Harvey Hihara is a Certified Public Accountant and principal owner of this Los Angeles, California based firm.

He joined the firm of Deloitte and Touche in Los Angeles and spent five years in the audit department before being transferred to the Tokyo, Japan office of Tohmatsu & Co. to work in their International Tax department. After three years in Japan, he returned to the Los Angeles office of Deloitte and Touche where he was a member of the International Tax Specialty Group. He left Deloitte and Touche after eleven years to open his own practice in 1993. His main emphasis is providing accounting, tax and consulting services as well as providing income tax related services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, trust and estates and non profit organizations.

He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He also attended the graduate taxation program at Golden Gate University.
